Nobody has to answer this post if they don't have to.
Starting next week, Sept 14-17 is California's yearly Route 66 festival. There are going to be lots if people gathering on the original route 66 road and show off old classic cars. The orginal McDonalds is still around but turned into a museum.

The Cozy Cone Hotel in the movie reminds me of the hotel not far from where i live (San Bernadino), where the hotel rooms are teepees. The same shape as the cones from the movie.

Awesome! You live on/near Route 66? That's so cool! The city where you live is in the song. :3 Lol.
Anyway, I bet that hotel you mentioned with the teepees is where they got the idea for the Cozy Cone.

Starting next wednesday is Route 66 Rendezvous. There are going to be lots and i mean lots of classic cars from way back. I bet i can find a few Hudson Hornets there when i go and tons of others. This event is big. Tons of classic cars all over the place. Maybe i bring my digital camera and take some pictures if i can. there a website if anybody wanted to check it out. www.route-66.org
